I don't talk much about food. I just cook it, and it tells you everything.

I grew up in India where food isn't a meal, it's a whole conversation. Those flavours, those memories, they came with me into every kitchen I ever worked in. Over 10+ years I worked my way through fine dining and luxury hospitality, and somewhere along the way I got to cook alongside some people I really looked up to: Lynn Crawford, Jason Bangerter, Ted Reader, Mark McEwan, Brad Long, and Rob Rainford.

French, Italian, Indian, contemporary. Whatever you put in front of me, I'll make it mine. I'm a Red Seal Certified Cook, I've run kitchens, trained teams, and plated more dishes than I can count. Now I'm doing things on my own terms: private dinners, consulting, food done the right way.
